Acceptance of Terms

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Techcore Creations LLP offers in-app purchases and subscriptions for certain features, such as ad-free usage. All payments are processed through third-party merchants (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Subscriptions are valid for one year and must be manually renewed; Techcore Creations LLP does not offer auto-renewal. In the event of a payment delay or failure for ad-free subscribers, a 3-day grace period of ad-free usage will be provided, after which advertisements will be displayed. Subscription plans and fees are subject to change.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to the Techcore Creations LLP Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, available on the Site.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively through the courts located in India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such disputes.
International Use
The Services are controlled and operated from India. If you access the Services from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Techcore Creations LLP makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
